A Photographer's Insight ~ Featuring Alex & Will's Spring Wedding

Here at Coombe Lodge, the idyllic country mansion wedding venue near Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare, we love it when our happy couple's share with us their wedding photo's. Alex and Will tied the knot with us in April and their photographers Nicola & Glen have given us a small insight to their beautiful day!



"An inspirational collaboration between style and nature led Alex and Will’s wedding at Coombe Lodge near Bristol to absolutely evoke the beauty of Spring. The North Somerset countryside, where this gold stoned building is nestled, had awoken to an abundance of daffodils and blossoms. A fresh floral scheme in white and green echoed the flourishing outdoors. Pale green accents and clean design infused a modern look with the bucolic feel of the season. Most beautifully of all was an all white wedding cake with a cascade of delicate sugar worked orchids! Against this perfectly pretty setting Alex and Will said their vows and celebrated with dinner and dancing in the elegant surrounds of Coombe Lodge. Our Bride wore a romantic Suzanne Neville design that moved with the wind and looked absolutely sensational. We loved the quiet poise with which Alex and Will enjoyed their special day. It was a joy to capture and a fabulous way to start our 2019 wedding season!"
